The Telecaller – Sales will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and achieving sales targets through telephonic conversations. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong ability to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, or dealer references.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM or Google Sheet.
- Explain product features, pricing, and schemes clearly and persuasively.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits, dealer meetings, and closing leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales conversion goals.
- Keep updated with current offers, rates, and product specifications.
- Send WhatsApp messages, quotations, and follow-up reminders as per company process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (any stream).
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred in steel/building materials/FMCG).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily calling targets.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience).
