Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South 24 Parganas for an Environmental Scientist. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for conducting fieldwork, assessing environmental conditions, and performing detailed analyses of water, soil, and waste samples. They will assist in environmental impact assessments, support wetland conservation efforts, and provide consulting expertise. Collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality reports and recommendations is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Field Work and familiarity with Wetlands-related studies
• Knowledge of Environmental Science and Environmental Impact Assessment practices
• Skills in Environmental Consulting and delivering actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication and technical report writing skills
• Ability to work independently in on-site and field conditions
• A degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the environmental testing or consulting industry is a plus
