Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:

Staff Engineer .Net 

8-10 years of experience with .Net based application development

Required Skills:

Must have

Design skills, ability to understand the overall product and work on multiple applications in the product.Experience with implementingASP.NET MVC based web applications is a must.Experience with Winforms and windows services is required.Experience with WebSocket programming is a plus.Expert in creating templates and frameworks usingASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript.Experience in responsive design, Angular JS is a plus.Master in developing RESTful services usingASP.NET Web API.Hands on experience in developing WCF services.Deep understanding and solid programming skills in developing SQL queries, stored procedures, views and tables using SQL Server.Monitoring and Analytics with Splunk, SonarCube, SolarWindsHands on profiling tools (SQL Profiler, DotTrace, AntsProfiler, VS.NETProfiler etc)Strong understanding of object-oriented programmingExperience implementing automated testing platforms and unit testsExperience in the designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline processes; automated build and test systems (e.g. AWS code deploy, etc.)Experience in working with AWS Cloud - EC2, Container, Lambda, S3, API Gateway etcIaaC - Terraform and CloudFormationExperience of working on Build and Release Process & DevOps related Activity with tools like Maven, bitbucket, Git, TFS, PerforceAbility to train/mentor and coach the team members

Key Roles/Responsibilities:  Software Development

Contributes to scoping and implementing changes in technical/business processes.Helps develop and implement innovative solutions for complex, specialized technical issues.Largely understands and quantifies project risks with impact.Contributes to business plans for discipline with mid- to- long-term impact on resultsCommunicates with executives within the enterprise on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising; often communicates to parties outside of the organization.Acknowledged within the organization as a subject matter expertDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeTrouble shoot production issues and solve complex business problems.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsDesign and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.Creates innovative solutions to problems and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.Experience with SDLC/PDLC and Agile based scrum team.Instructs, assigns, directs and check the work of others on the development team

Desired Skills:

Exposure to US HealthCare domain.Understanding of Mobile app development (iOS and/or Android).Experience working in agile teams.

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech, MCA, ME/M.Tech in Computer Science
