Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

 Handle accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice preparation and vendor

payments.

 Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS filings.

 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

 Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and finance teams.

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

 Maintain records for petty cash, vouchers, and expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

 Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting or finance operations.

 Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel.

 Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

 Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
