About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team at Aniston Technologies LLP — a fast-evolving brand in professional Audio-Visual and smart technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing business, product, and marketing data to help drive strategic decisions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, product testing, and finance).
  • Use Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for management reporting and trend analysis.
  • Analyze customer, sales, and product data to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to measure campaign effectiveness and performance KPIs.
  • Assist in automation of data collection and reporting processes using Python or Google Sheets APIs.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for management decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Executive, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio).
  • Hands-on with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, CRM dashboards, or sales data analysis will be an added advantage.
