Role Description

We're looking for a
Senior Product Designer
who can shape the future of TicketGateway's digital experience — across web, app, and organizer tools.

You'll own the end-to-end design process: from user research and flow mapping to polished UI and interactive prototypes.

This is a full-time,
on-site role in Nagpur
, working closely with our local engineers and our global product leadership team in Toronto.

You'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to translate business goals into intuitive, high-impact design systems that help millions of users discover and attend unforgettable events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product design from concept to delivery for both organizer and attendee experiences (web + mobile).
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover pain points and opportunities.
  • Design scalable systems — components, grids, and motion — that balance speed and consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth implementation and maintain design quality post-launch.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions: roadmap priorities, UX tradeoffs, and conversion optimization.
  • Elevate TicketGateway's visual identity and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior designers and help shape TG's design culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product / UX / UI design for consumer or SaaS products.
  • Deep proficiency in
    Figma
    and modern design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant, functional product experiences.
  • Comfort with data-informed design — usability testing, A/B testing, or analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — can articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Passion for
    live events, music, or culture
    (huge plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team is a
    major advantage
    .
