Job Description:

We are seeking a 
Senior L3 Support Engineer

with 6–8 years of experience in 
Java (Advanced concepts)

and 
Angular (13 or above)

to join our application support and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex production issues, as well as collaborating closely with development teams to ensure the stability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide 
Level 3 (L3) support

for web applications developed using Java and Angular.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in 
production

and 
UAT

environments.

·       Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds for incidents.

·       Collaborate with 
development teams

to drive long-term resolutions for recurring problems.

·       Work closely with 
DevOps

, QA, and business teams to ensure issue-free releases.

·       Develop tools, scripts, or monitoring enhancements to improve system visibility and reliability.

·       Participate in 
code reviews

, contribute to 
knowledge base articles

, and document solutions.

·       Ensure 
SLA compliance

for critical support tickets and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

·       Participate in 
on-call support rotations

(if required).
