  As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer and community Banking , you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
  Job responsibilities
  • Lead and execute UAT efforts across assigned PCB product.
  • Develop comprehensive, reusable test scenarios aligned with business and customer journeys
  • Execute test across platforms (web, mobile iOS/Android) and customer segments/profile types
  • Collaborate with product owners to validate test coverage and risks areas
  • Document detailed test evidence 
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using internal framework (UDF)
  • Maintain and update automation script as customer journey's evolves.
  • Support reporting and metrics tracking (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, UAT, QA, or software testing roles
  • Strong working knowledge of test management tools (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest)
  • Experience with test automation scripting or automation frameworks
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to user-centric testing and delivering high quality releases
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
