Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and APIs using the latest Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Framework/Core, MVC architecture, Entity Framework, RESTful API design, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script and Bootstrap. Experience with SignalR for real-time communication and strong proficiency in SQL Server is essential.This role requires strong technical capability, clear communication, and attention to detail in both code and documentation.Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Framework/Core and MVC architecture.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script and Bootstrap.
• Implement real-time features using SignalR for live communication.
• Database Design & Optimization
• Create and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views in SQL Server.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Work with Entity Framework / EF Core for ORM-based data access and model maintenance.
• Architecture & Design
• Participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews.
• Ensure best practices in design patterns, maintainability, and scalability.
• Contribute to migration from legacy systems to .NET Core environments.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — product managers, business analysts, and QA — to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and with clear communication.
• Quality & Delivery
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct peer reviews and maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for developed modules, APIs, and architectural components.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core development.
• Strong knowledge of MVC design pattern and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Expertise in Entity Framework / EF Core for ORM and data persistence.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive UI design.
• Experience implementing real-time data exchange using SignalR.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, indexing, transactions).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control systems.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills — able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical specifications, user guides, and process documents.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (App Services, SQL Database, Functions, etc.).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
