We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence in the luxury interior segments from designer furniture and modular kitchens to lighting, sanitary ware, and soft furnishings.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Smart Homes, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and building strategic relationships across the luxury interiors market. If you are passionate about premium design products and have a flair for client engagement and consultative selling, this is your calling.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with
    premium clientele, cultivating long-term relationships
    and delivering exceptional service.
  • Generate
    high-quality leads
    and build a robust
    sales pipeline
    through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with
    architects, interior designers, and consultants
    to promote our range of luxury interior solutions.
  • Present compelling
    proposals and sales presentations
    to senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement
    strategic sales plans
    and forecasts to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on
    new business opportunities
    across luxury home categories.
  • Adopt a
    consultative selling approach
    to provide tailored solutions and elevate client experiences.
  • Drive
    negotiations and deal closures
    with a focus on premium project conversion.
  • Maintain precise C
    RM records, manage follow-ups, and track client interactions
    .
  • Represent Smart Homes at industry events and exhibitions to
    enhance brand visibility and expand
    your professional network.
  • Stay informed on
    market trends, competitor activity
    , and emerging design technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in business development within the luxury interiors or premium design product space.
  • Exceptional
    communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office and CRM platforms
    for lead management and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with
    high outreach and engagement calls, visits and networking
    are key.
  • Ability to work both
    independently and in a cross-functional team
    environment.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory for client and site visits
    .
