    1. Should be an expert in Quantexa product skills, Azure Data Engineering, Scala technical skills.
    1. Must have understanding of how AML and Transaction monitoring process .
    1. Must have domain knowledge in Banking, AML, Detecting financial Crime.
    1. Prior experience in customer facing engagement is required.
    1. Translate Business & IT requirements into User Stories for Development Team.
    1. Good Technological base with AML knowledge & Solution Design skills.
    1. Good communication skills.
    1. Good presentation skills.
    1. Quick learner, ready to share knowledge.
    1. Should be ready to groom colleagues on Quantexa, Azure Data skills.
