Eligibility Criteria1 For Freshers (0–1 Year)

• Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
• Degree: Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering / BCA / MCA / Any IT-related discipline
• Strong interest in IT, ML/AI, or Data Annotation
• Basic programming/database knowledge
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Good communication
• Willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility for Experienced Candidates (Supervisors & Specialists)A. Labelling Supervisor (2–5 Years)Eligibility

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Annotation / AI-ML Projects / BPO-ITES / Quality Monitoring
• Experience leading a small team (5–20 members)
• Practical knowledge in one or more annotation types:
• Image/Video Annotation
• Bounding Box, Polygon, Semantic Segmentation
• LiDAR / 3D Point Cloud Annotation
• Text/Audio Annotation
• Familiarity with industry tools (any): CVAT, Label Studio, V7, Kognic, Supervisely, or in-house tools
• Basic understanding of ML workflows preferred
• Ability to handle productivity/quality dashboards
• Strong communication & team coordination

Labelling Specialist (3–8 Years)Eligibility

• 3–8 years experience in AI/ML Data Annotation, Data Quality, Data Validation, AI Model Training Pipelines
• Deep expertise in annotation methods:
• Instance Segmentation
• Polyline/Keypoint Annotation
• 3D Cuboids
• OCR/Text Tagging
• High-complexity video annotation
• Ability to create SOPs, guidelines, and quality frameworks
• Experience training junior annotators and ensuring 100% quality compliance
• Experience using or auditing tools like CVAT, Kognic, Scale AI, Labelbox, Dataloop, SAMA
• Understanding of ML model input/output data formats
• Strong analytical thinking & error pattern analysis
• Ability to work with engineering teams for tool improvements

Roles & Responsibilities Freshers

• Support day-to-day annotation tasks
• Follow training and guidelines provided by senior team members
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely task completion
• Learn and adapt to AI/ML project workflows
• Collaborate with team leads for continuous improvement

Labelling Supervisor

• Manage a team of data annotators and ensure productivity
• Conduct quality checks and resolve annotation errors
• Allocate, track, and monitor daily tasks
• Prepare reports on performance, quality, and task metrics
• Train freshers and newly joined annotators
• Coordinate with Project Managers for project delivery
• Handle escalations, review edge cases, and update annotation guidelines

Labelling Specialist

• Lead complex annotation tasks and high-precision workflows
• Perform advanced QA reviews and maintain 98–100% quality
• Develop annotation workflows, SOPs, and training material
• Work with internal tool/product teams to optimize annotation pipelines
• Analyze error trends and propose process improvements
• Support AI/ML engineers by delivering structured and high-quality datasets
• Own end-to-end quality delivery for key customer projects

Desired Disciplines (Experienced Candidates)For Supervisors & Specialists:

• Computer Science / IT / Data Science / AI & ML
• Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics (especially for 3D/LiDAR annotation)
• BPO/ITES background with AI/ML exposure
• Any degree with strong experience in Data Annotation

Technical disciplines preferred:

• Understanding of:
• Python basics (optional but added advantage)
• JSON, XML dataset formats
• Quality analysis frameworks (QA/QC)
• Agile/Scrum workflow
