Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Machine Manufacturing Industry

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore

Experience Required: 2 – 3 years in Quality Control (preferably in Machine / Equipment Manufacturing)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished machines.
  • Use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Check welding quality, surface finishing, and alignment of components.
  • Ensure machines meet industry and company quality standards before dispatch.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and inspection reports.
  • Work closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene requirements (food-grade standards preferred).

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in QC within a machine or equipment manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection methods, QC tools, and documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with food-grade machinery standards will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
