We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Manager Quality in Domestic Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with quality control processes and tools, such as Six Sigma or Lean principles.
