Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive who can communicate effectively, handle parent and school interactions, and ensure smooth order management.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate fluently with parents and schools in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Take and process orders from schools with accuracy
• Perform data entry and maintain proper records of orders and accounts
• Support the team with multitasking across customer service and operations
• Use Tally software for billing and inventory management
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and people-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Experience with Tally software will be an added advantage
• Prior customer service/operations experience preferred
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
