We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative person who can strategize, script, and create engaging content for our Youtube Channels - Able to Bring to life, consumable thumbstopping videos and visual ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to enhance NoBroker's digital presence and build a strong online community.
- Create and oversee a content calendar for our YouTube channels.
- Identify opportunities and trends to create relevant and engaging content for our Youtube Channels.
Content Creation & Campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative, share-worthy, and high-performing content.
- Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to increase engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Work along with Content Creators, Production and Video Editors in coming up with content that has virality potential.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Build and nurture an engaged community across platforms through active conversations and real-time content.
- Leverage influencers, brand advocates, and user-generated content to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive reach and engagement rates.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize content performance using key social media metrics (engagement, views, watch-time, etc.).
Experience and Requirements
● Proven work experience on handing Brand Pages and growing them,
● Understanding of the Video Production Process.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Active social media presence & knowledge is a plus.
● Portfolio of relevant work experience
