We're a digital marketing agency helping high-growth D2C brands scale through data-driven performance campaigns and strong creative storytelling. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how design impacts performance and can create thumb-stopping, conversion-focused creatives.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing performance creatives across platforms — from Meta ads to landing pages and emailers. You should understand how visuals impact metrics like CTR, ROAS, and engagement, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design performance-based creatives for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create digital assets for social media, landing pages, emails, and display ads
  • Work closely with content, strategy, and media teams to align visuals with marketing goals
  • Understand platform-specific best practices and continuously optimize creative output
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting creatives to various formats and audiences
  • Apply feedback from performance data to refine and iterate designs

Requirements:

  • 1–2.5 years of experience in digital design (preferably with D2C brands or marketing agencies)
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives with a focus on performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma or Canva is a plus
  • Understanding of ad design principles (scroll-stoppers, hooks, CTAs, layout hierarchy)
  • Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing of creatives and interpreting campaign metrics
  • Experience designing for eCommerce or D2C product launches
