Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
- Oversee audits, risk management, and investor relations
- Drive and manage all activities related to IPO readiness and listing CA or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
- Deep understanding of IPO processes, SEBI regulations, and financial structuring
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
