  • Machine setup and operation:
    • Load plastic resin into the extruder hopper.
    • Adjust machine parameters like temperature, pressure, and die settings to achieve desired film thickness and properties.
    • Initiate the blown film process, controlling the air pressure to inflate the film bubble.
    • Monitor and adjust machine settings based on quality control checks.



  • Quality control:
    • Regularly inspect the produced film for defects like bubbles, tears, gauge variations, and thickness inconsistencies.
    • Perform quality checks using measuring tools and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Identify and report any quality issues to supervisors.



  • Troubleshooting and maintenance:
    • Detect and address minor machine malfunctions, including adjusting feed rates, die alignment, and cooling systems.
    • Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of the machine to prevent breakdowns.
    • Report major equipment issues to maintenance personnel.
