Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and develop new textile products, including fabrics, weaves, and finishes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Create prototypes and samples of designs for testing and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of design processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of textile science and technology.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD and graphic design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with medical devices and equipment industry is an added advantage.
