About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Python Developer
to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
backend development (Python/FastAPI, microservices, AWS)
and proven hands-on experience with
frontend development in React/TypeScript
. A solid background in
DevOps and cloud deployment
is essential. Experience with
ML/AI and Gen AI
is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    scalable APIs and microservices
    using Python (FastAPI).
  • Build and optimize
    frontend applications
    using
    React/TypeScript
    , integrated with backend APIs.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on
    AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, etc.)
    .
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Work closely with architects and AI engineers to build & integrate
    GenAI components
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security through monitoring and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
    .
  • Proven experience building
    React/TypeScript frontends
    integrated with backend services.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS services
    (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, Lambda).
  • Experience with
    DevOps tools
    (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, or equivalent).
  • Solid knowledge of
    system design, scalability, and distributed systems
    .
  • Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
  • Exposure to
    Generative AI integration
    (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs) is a strong plus.
  • Mentor Junior developers and code reviews

    LLM-driven workflows
