- Operate and monitor production machinery such as reactors, mixers, blenders, granulators, and filtration units according to specified procedures and safety standards.
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials and chemicals as per batch production records or formulation sheets.
- Record process data, maintain accurate logs, and update production documentation to comply with regulatory
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment and report any abnormalities or need for repairs to management.
- Ensure all chemicals are stored, labeled, handled, and transported safely, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.hrblade 1
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance of processing equipment, and support cleaning validation and swab tests when required.jobsoid 1
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, flow rates) and adjust settings to maintain optimal production conditions.buildstream 1

- Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum: CHEMICAL Science Graduate, or equivalent vocational/technical qualification.
- 1-3 years' experience operating production equipment in a pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing facility.
- Sound understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation practices.
- Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
