We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences License Officer to join our dynamic team.

• Ensure the hospital and its departments maintain valid licenses from relevant health authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit applications for new licenses, renewals, or modifications
• Coordinate with accreditation bodies (e.g., JCI, NABH, etc.) for inspections and documentation.
• Act as the point of contact between the hospital and government/licensing agencies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all licenses, permits, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Report non-compliance or breaches to appropriate authorities when required
• Managing licenses for controlled substances (if pharmacy is in-house).
• Ensuring biomedical waste management compliance. Handling fire safety and building occupancy certifications.
• Liaising with quality assurance and risk management teams.

Qualification: MBA or any relevant degree

Experience: 3 to 5yrs

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: As per the industry standard
