Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Assistant (Male) to join our Accounts & Billing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and managing E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing as per GST requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Credit/Debit Notes.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices on GST portals.
• Record and maintain daily billing entries in Tally ERP / Accounting Software.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order processing.
• Verify purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in monthly reconciliation and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with GST and company accounting policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• HS/ Graduate (B.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing portals (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday
• Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
