Sr. Executive

• Ensure all plant equipment and utilities are in running condition with minimal downtime.
• Maintain MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) within assigned targets.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery and equipment.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate for all internal and external audits.
• Participate actively in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and drive Kaizen activities.
• Complete all civil and infrastructure-related projects within stipulated timelines.
• Supervise maintenance work and guide technicians to ensure quality execution.
• Coordinate billing, documentation, and reconciliation of all project-related work.
• Maintain updated plant layouts and equipment drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per year
