Prayan Foundation
is seeking dedicated and analytical Research Interns to join our remote team for a
3-month unpaid internship
. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful research that contributes to social change, policy advocacy, and NGO growth while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit research and strategy.

What You'll Do:

1.
Research & Analysis:


• Conduct research on NGO growth, impact assessment, and volunteer retention strategies.


• Study case studies of successful social enterprises in India.


• Research best practices for crowdfunding and long-term NGO interventions.


• Analyze the psychological impact of volunteering on youth.

2.
Policy Research & Advocacy:


• Analyze government policies related to education, healthcare, and social welfare.


• Suggest policy improvements and advocacy strategies to strengthen NGO initiatives.

3.
Collaborations & Partnerships:


• Research and establish collaborations with schools, NGOs, and other social organizations.


• Conduct competitor and partnership analysis to identify potential alliances.

4.
Grant & Funding Research:


• Identify national and international grants, CSR funding opportunities, and government schemes.


• Assist in preparing proposals and reports for funding applications.

5.
Emotional Storytelling & Impact Reels:


• Gather real-life transformation stories of beneficiaries.


• Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content to build credibility and trust.

What We're Looking For:


• Passion for social impact, research, and policy analysis.


• Strong analytical and writing skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.


• Prior experience in research, policy analysis, or grant writing is a plus but not mandatory.


• Creativity and storytelling skills for impact-driven content.
