We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of smart metering projects Esyasoft. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in smart grid technologies, energy metering solutions, and project management methodologies. You will coordinate cross -functional teams to ensure timely implementation of smart metering deployments, driving innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Lead end -to -end project lifecycle for smart metering initiatives including design, installation, testing, and commissioning of smart meters and related infrastructure.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting to meet project objectives.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, IT, operations, procurement) and external vendors/contractors for seamless execution.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and customer requirements specific to energy utilities.Manage communication with stakeholders including utility companies, government bodies, and technology partners.Monitor project progress and performance metrics; identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks proactively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deployment processes and smart metering technology adoption.Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Project Management, or related field.Proven experience (5+ years) managing projects in smart metering, smart grids, or energy utilities.Strong knowledge of smart metering technologies (AMI, AMR), communication protocols (DLMS/COSEM, IEC standards), and energy regulatory frameworks.PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
