We are hiring passionate and result-driven Equity Advisors to join India's leading broking and securities company. The role involves providing equity trading and investment advisory to clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through superior customer service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on equity trading and investment opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Execute orders and trades on behalf of clients efficiently.
  • Keep clients updated with market trends, research reports, and stock recommendations.
  • Meet revenue targets through cross-selling of financial products.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Economics (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • NISM certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.
  • 1–4 years of experience in equity advisory, stock broking, or trading.
  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, technical & fundamental analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work in a competitive environment.
