Key Responsibilities

  • Mebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Plan and execute paid promotions and ad campaigns when required.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Assist in developing innovative social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external partners or influencers when necessary for campaign collaborations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
