Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze business needs, processes, and challenges to deliver data-driven solutions that create real business impact.

Key Skills (Mandatory):

  • Gap Analysis
  • SQL
  • Power BI

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to define data needs, objectives, and priorities. Document requirements for data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI & Tableau.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical concepts into clear business language. Maintain alignment between business and data teams.
  • Data Governance: Promote data quality standards, perform functional testing, and drive data accuracy across teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong BA experience in a data-focused environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Gap Analysis , SQL and Power BI (mandatory)
  • Experience in data validation, governance, and stakeholder management.
