Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to enhance online visibility and drive traffic (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in orchestrating successful email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Skill in leveraging social media platforms for marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Capability in developing content marketing strategies to create and distribute valuable content to attract the target audience.
  • Strong analytical abilities to perform data-driven marketing decisions, aiming to improve and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance the user experience and increase the percentage of visitors converting into customers.
  • A disciplined approach to executing campaigns methodically with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and impactful digital content for various platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights from data analysis to optimize performance based on analytics data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to digital marketing to keep the company at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns are compliant with current industry regulations and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
