Job Description: Detective Agent / Field Audit & Deactivation Executive
Company: Aimlay Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Rohini Sector 10, D Mall
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Detective Agent / Field Audit & Deactivation Executive to handle on-ground verification, field audits, background verification (BGV), and deactivation tasks. The candidate should possess strong investigative skills and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field audits and verification visits as per company requirements.
- Perform background verification (BGV) of candidates, documents, and addresses.
- Manage deactivation processes as per operational guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily audit and verification reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy during field investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong observation and investigative skills.
- Good understanding of field audits and verification processes.
- Ability to travel for field assignments within the assigned area.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and verification.
- Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in field audit, investigation, or BGV roles is an advantage.
- Fresher with strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
