Job Description – Service Advisor (Fresher)

Position: Service Advisor

Qualification: BE (Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical) – Freshers

Location: Salem, Ulundurpet, Attur & Konganapuram

Facilities: Free Food & Accommodation

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle service requirements and provide accurate service advice.
• Understand customer concerns, record service complaints, and coordinate with the service team.
• Support daily service operations such as job card preparation, vehicle inspection, and delivery updates.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and ensure timely service completion.
• Maintain service records, follow up with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to learn company service standards, technical knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Follow safety norms and ensure a clean and organized service environment.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of automobiles, mechanical systems, or electrical components.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to travel, and flexibility to work at any assigned branch location.

Training & Deployment:

• Candidates will undergo structured training provided by the company.
• Based on performance, candidates may be deployed to any of our branch locations: Salem, Ulundurpet, Attur, or Konganapuram.
