Company Description

PLUGD is an Architecture and Interior Design studio based in Noida. Our project typology is majorly Commercial Interiors ranging from F&B, Retail, Offices, etc,. Residential projects are minimal and selective. We work across major Airports, Malls, Highways across India and even overseas. Project size varies from 100 SqFt to 30,000 SqFt. It's a fast moving work environment, hence the expectations from candidates are higher than usual.

Role Description

Architect (2-3 Yrs Exp)

This is a full-time Senior Interior Designer role. Their tasks will include but not limited to conducting feasibility studies, developing design concepts and strategies, creating detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with other professionals such as MEP consultants, Engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Interior Architecture
  • Proficiency in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of collaborating with MEP consultants and Civil contractors
  • Experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
  • Understanding of building structure and services
  • Experience in preparing ID BOQs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
