JOB DESCRIPTION :

Desired Experience Range : years

Required Technical Skill Set :SAP FICO and RAR

Must-Have :

  1. 5+ years in SAP FICO and 3+ years of SAP RAR (Revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or FICA. 2. One full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience. 3. Detailed understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, FICA process and Revenue Recognition process 4. Knowledge on BRF+ is desired 5. Experience in solution design and customization of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO.

Good-to-Have :

  • • 1. Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices
    1. Understanding of IFRS15
    1. Prior experience in hitech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts
    1. Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation
    1. Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred.
    1. Candidates with Masters in Finance/ CA /ICWA/ CPA equivalent preferred

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1 Work in a highly integrated, cross-functional environment, leading and supporting various projects

2 Perform detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications, and make recommendations for Retail based applications.

3 Work closely with internal IT, Business and cross functional teams in a multi vendor environment

4 Work closely with key business users in developing detailed requirements and coming up with conceptual design of proposed solutions.

5 Perform system configuration, modification and set-up for new projects, and enhancements to existing projects
