Job Title: Ground Marketing

Position Overview
:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Ground Marketing candidate to drive and execute on-ground marketing, research and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a Goa-based marketing professional with strong local knowledge, experience in state-wide or CSR/IEC campaigns, and the ability to manage partnerships with NGOs, government departments, and local agencies. This role demands hands-on execution, field research, and community engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and Recykal's central marketing team.

1. Research & Insights

● Conduct on-ground channel and audience research across Goa — including locals, tourists, and informal waste sector stakeholders.

● Identify new communication touchpoints and local motivators for state wide campaign adoption.

● Work with local NGOs and civic bodies to understand behavioral drivers and barriers.

● Produce weekly insight reports with photos, findings, and actionable recommendations and plans.

2. Partnerships & Outreach

● Build and manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, NGOs and community groups.

● Support partnership programs with Goa Tourism (GTDC), GCCI, municipalities, travel unions, and educational institutions.

● Coordinate with CSR and state-level partners to align on-ground activations and awareness drives.

● Facilitate community events, training sessions, and awareness workshops for informal waste workers and citizens.

3. Marketing Execution & Coordination

● Plan and execute ground-level marketing campaigns across key audiences.

● Oversee IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities from ground level plan, ensuring visibility and maintenance of materials (OOH, print, radio, and on-ground assets).

● Support ATL/BTL activations, events, and small-format brand engagements across Urban bodies & Panchayats.

● Manage vendors, field agencies, and logistics for campaign rollout and ensure adherence to timelines.

● Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and community-facing activations.

4. Reporting & Feedback

● Maintain a live research, channel and partner tracker (photos, site data, feedback).

● Submit weekly progress reports to the central marketing team.

● Identify field-level challenges and propose operational or communication improvements.

● Track the effectiveness of IEC placements and partner collaborations through periodic audits.
Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or Environmental Studies.

● 2–5 years' experience in marketing, field execution, IEC, CSR, or any state-wide marketing campaigns.

● Resident of Goa with a deep understanding of local geography, language, and community behavior.

● Fluent in Konkani, Marathi, Hindi, and English.

● Proven experience in government or private state wide campaigns.

● Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Additional Requirements:

● Must possess a two-wheeler; should be willing to travel extensively within Goa.

● Comfortable with field work, vendor interactions, and on-ground activations.

● Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, and photo/video documentation.

● Exposure to media, events, and ATL/BTL marketing activities.

● Candidates with experience in political, social, environment, sustainability or public-sector IEC campaigns will be preferred.

● Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently.
