Inventory Handler

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage inventory operations and provide MIS (Management Information System) support. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring material movement, and generating timely reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain day-to-day inventory records and ensure accuracy in stock entries.

*Monitor inward and outward movement of goods, raw materials, and finished products.

*Coordinate with the procurement and production teams for stock updates and requirements.

*Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

*Generate and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and stock valuation.

*Identify variances, discrepancies, and highlight issues to management promptly.

*Support management with data analysis and periodic dashboard updates.

*Ensure timely data entry and system updates in ERP/Excel as applicable.

Skills & Competencies:

*Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

*Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.

*Accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping.

*Good communication and coordination skills.

*Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.2 -5 years of experience in inventory management or MIS roles

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
