Primary Purpose of Role

  • Lead the governance and transformation of Commercial Master Data across Enterprise, Business Group, and Application levels.
  • Establish and enforce business rules, data standards, and enrichment frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and redesign data architecture to harmonize sales information pan India.
  • Drive seamless integration across data systems by collaborating closely with technology partners to define and enforce SLAs, timelines, and data flow standards for consistent, high-quality data delivery.
  • Collaborate with local data owners, commercial intelligence teams, and tech partners to optimize data flows, ensure accountability, and embed governance into business processes.
    Key Responsibilities

1 Master Data Governance.

  • Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. · Ensure data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across functions.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

2 Data Transformation

  • · Design and oversee data transformation logic from source to insight.
  • Partner with Tech & Global Data teams to align data architecture with business needs.
  • Ensure scalable and future-ready data models.

3 Business Intelligence

  • Translate business needs into actionable data solutions and dashboards.
  • Ensure UI/UX alignment and user adoption through training and feedback loops.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

4 Process Re-engineering

  • Embed SOPs into systems and workflows.
  • Drive change management and ensure seamless handover to development teams.

5 Vendor Management

  • Define and manage vendor SLAs.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables align with business goals and quality standards ·
  • Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.

6 Analytics & Insights

  • Partner with business teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Leverage predictive models and advanced analytics to support decision-making.

7 Commercial Solutions

8 Risk & Compliance
