Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Lead Developer – Java Angular Fullstack (5+ years). The role is based primarily in Pune, with a flexible option for remote work. The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications using Java and Angular technologies. Day-to-day activities will include building efficient software, implementing microservices architecture, troubleshooting and debugging code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring scalable software system designs.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Software Development and Programming
  • Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and ability to implement it in applications
  • Experience with full-stack development, including frontend tools like Angular, HTML, CSS
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize code for performance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work in collaborative environments
  • Prior experience in leading development teams is a plus
