Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for design aesthetics, strong storytelling ability, and proficiency in creating visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video edits that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and internal/external communication.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished final outputs with proper sound, music, graphics, and effects.
  • Collaborate with creative teams (Art, Copy, Client Servicing) to understand project requirements and deliver engaging content.
  • Develop storyboards and visual styles to translate concepts into motion designs.
  • Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software, and emerging design techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of video editing, sound design, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to create 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, promos, and social media creatives.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong collaboration and time-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or production house.
  • A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing motion graphics and video editing work.
