Mechanical & Civil trainer

- Conduct training sessions on Mechanical and Civil engineering subjects, including theory and practical applications.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, training materials, and presentations.
- Guide students in practical projects, workshops, and lab exercises.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry practices.
- Support students in exam preparation, certifications, and career guidance.
- Coordinate with the training management team for curriculum improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, tools, and software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Hands-on experience with projects, workshops, or site work is a plus.
Candidate should have good knowledge in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit.
Should have good communication skill and interested in teaching profession.
Revit MEP, 3Ds MAX, MX Road, Primavera, Sketch up , Vray, ETABS, AutoCAD civil 3D,STAAD \pro.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
