Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Excel
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and project expense reports
  • Handle GST , TDS filings, and liaise with the CA for statutory compliance
  • Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and staff payroll
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for educational programs
  • Track and report fund utilization, for ongoing projects
Requirements:
  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles
  • Solid understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in NGOs, CSR-funded projects, or education-based organizations
  • Understanding reporting and audit processes
  • Comfortable working in a mission-driven, semi-startup environment
