Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Tiruppur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and using analytical skills to drive business growth. Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with various departments to ensure the highest level of service. Additionally, the role involves tracking account metrics and reporting on performance regularly.
