Overview:

Prudence School, a leading provider of early childhood education, is seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the admissions process for our preschool programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with young children and their families. "This opening is for the Admissions Counselor position at our upcoming Prudence School branch in Model Town."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective families/parents, providing information on programs, curriculum, and the admissions process.
  • Counsel prospective parents about the school's philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
  • Manage inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media leads.
  • Maintain updated admission records, inquiry logs, and follow-up trackers.
  • Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and assist with application completion.
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach events and open houses.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and enrollment status.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the admissions MIS.
  • Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share lead status updates.
  • Ensure all admission documents are complete and compliant with school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in admissions or early childhood education is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
