About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemist with 4–5 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical testing, product development, and regulatory compliance relevant to nutraceutical formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished nutraceutical products.
• Perform method development and validation using techniques such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, GC, and titration methods.
• Assist in formulation development of tablets, capsules, powders, and liquid nutraceutical products.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, COAs, and ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support stability studies and interpret analytical data.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in nutraceutical testing or formulation.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory practices.
• Understanding of FSSAI, FDA, and global nutraceutical compliance standards.
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in R&D or new product development.
• Knowledge of SOP preparation and validation protocols.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
