Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of LAN/WLAN troubleshooting, IP systems, and hardware fundamentals. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure, maintaining networks, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, servers, and networking devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, IP, and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and update systems and applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, hubs, and servers.
  • Support and maintain optical fiber connectivity.
  • Document issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, and system updates.
  • Strong understanding of switches, routers, hubs, and fiber optics.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications like CCNA/CompTIA Network+ preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180, ₹216,000.00 per year
