Q&Cx Business Data Analyst

1. Commissioning Tracker Management
  • Develop and maintain standardized Power BI & Excel-based commissioning trackers for site-level monitoring of inspection and commissioning activities across electrical and mechanical data center equipment
  • Ensure real-time updates and accuracy of data entries, including timestamps, equipment types, and commissioning status.
2. Dashboard Development & Reporting
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel to visualize commissioning progress, inspection metrics, and operational KPIs
  • Automate data refresh schedules and ensure dashboards are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage workspaces and distribute reports through Power BI apps
3. SOP Repository & Documentation
  • Maintain a centralized repository for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality, commissioning and inspection workflows
  • Regularly update SOPs based on process changes, audit findings, and feedback from site teams.
  • Ensure version control and accessibility of documents across teams.
4. Management Presentations & Updates
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management presentations summarizing quality, commissioning status, delays, root causes, and corrective actions
  • Use data storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Data Standardization & Governance
  • Establish and enforce standards for data collection, formatting, and storage across commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure consistent data entry practices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Enforce adoption of Clappia apps to capture data real-time for data
6. Time Analysis & Performance Metrics
  • Analyze historical data to determine average time taken to commission various types of data center equipment (e.g., transformers, chillers, UPS systems)
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to reduce commissioning timelines.
7. Training & Adoption Support
  • Coach site engineers and commissioning teams on using dashboards and trackers effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions on Power BI, Clappia and Excel best practices, including data visualization and analysis techniques
8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with Testing & Commissioning teams, project managers, and data center operations to align data analytics with business goals.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as Quality, Testing & Commissioning Data Management and Clappia app adoption. Develop applications on Clappia suiting functional requirements.
Bachelor of Enginering (B.E) in Electrical Engineering Post Graduation on Distributed & Computing System or similar domain (preferred) Certified in Power BI & Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc) Database Management – MySQL, Python Minimum 2.5 years of work experience Proficiency in Hindi, English Experience LevelMid Level
