The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned branch book. This role involves a comprehensive approach to customer engagement, including meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers. The primary objective is to cross-sell a range of asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings, to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video call, telecall) to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cross-sell asset products (HL, LAP, CL, PL, GL, WC, CV) and liability products (CA, SA, TD) to existing and potential customers.
- Deepen relationships with customers by offering third-party investment products (LI, GI, Trinity, MF) and ensuring timely conversion of business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to achieve sales targets and provide efficient service to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality service and addressing their queries promptly.
- Acquire new customers through VRM and CEC leads, and convert them into long-term relationships.
- Upgrade customer categories and ensure their stickiness by providing excellent service and demonstrating the bank's facilities.
- Enroll customers for relevant services and explain the benefits of various bank products and services.
- Handle customer service requests efficiently, including account openings, Trinity account setups, and liability product selling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and relationship management.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including asset and liability offerings, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large customer book effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.
- Fluency in English and any other regional language is an advantage.
