Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Hassan. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and supervising space planning, developing construction drawings, and executing interior design projects. The designer will also select and oversee the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) required for each project, ensuring the highest standards of design aesthetics and functionality are met. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and construction teams, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients to ensure design requirements are understood and fulfilled.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
  • Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge and application of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
  • Expertise in using design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max with V-Ray, and SketchUp
  • Strong visual communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage client relationships effectively
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Previous experience in high-quality construction or design projects is a plus
