Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. You'll be the face of our brand in the field, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Submit daily call reports and maintain CRM records accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile sales applications
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in Plumbing & Pipe Industry.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
